File too large for filesystem

This note was created after an issue occurred trying to transfer a 5GB iso to a usb stick. The usb stick had a single 8GB partition with an fat32 filesystem. This error occurred because the maximum filesize of a file on a fat32 filesize is 4GB. It should also be noted that ext filesystems are not compatible with windows machines.
